What are the delivery lead times?

For orders within Amstelveen, Aalsmeer & Uithoorn, we aim to deliver on the same day for orders placed before 16:00. For the rest of Netherlands, we work with our logistics partner (Post NL) to deliver the goods. All orders placed before 12:00 are dispatched the same day and are typically delivered within 24-48 hours

Is there a minimum delivery amount?

No, there is no minimum delivery amount. Even a single item can be shipped if desired

What are the shipping costs for online purchases at Raashan Pani?

All orders above 49 Euros are shipped for free across the Netherlands. For orders below 49 Euros, we charge a 6.25 Euro shipping fee

Where does Raashan Pani deliver?

We deliver to all post codes within Netherlands. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, please drop us a mail at info@raashanpani.nl and we would be happy to provide you with a quote for shipment

Payments & Loyalty Points

What are the payment options that you accept?

We currently accept iDeal as the payment method for all online transactions

How do Loyalty Points work?

You can earn 1 loyalty point for every 10 euro of purchase. Every 10 loyalty points will be automatically transferred into a loyalty amount of 7.5 Euros which can be withdrawn and made use of as a discount on your next online order. An overview of the loyalty points earned can be found upon login into your account.

Cancellations & Returns

Can I cancel an order that has been placed online?

Yes, you can cancel an order or part of an order till the time shipment has not happened. You will receive an email notification upon shipment, after which an order cannot be cancelled

Can I return ordered items?

Yes, all items if unopened and in their original packing can be returned within a 7 day period

How can I return ordered items?

"In case you wish to return any of the delivered items, you can do so by following the below steps within 7 days of the receipt of items: 1. Notify us of the items that you will be returning along with the order number at info@raashanpani.nl 2. Pack the items in a box and return the goods at our physical store location (see below) by paying the appropriate postage 3. Upon receipt of the goods (provided sufficient postage has been applied by you), we will notify you of the successful return and credit the amount in your Raashan Pani wallet "

What is the Refund process?

For any order cancelled before shipment, the full payment amount (including any applicable shipping fees) will be refunded to your online Raashan Pani wallet. This wallet amount can be used to make any future purhcases online at Raashan Pani For any items that you wish to return upon receipt, the individual cost of the items would be refunded to your online Raashan Pani wallet upon successful receipt of the returned goods

No, currently we do not ship frozen items and vegetables

How can I get help with my orders?

You can call us at 020-3345835 between 12:00-21:00 on Mondays and between 10:00-21:00 on all other days to get support on any of your orders. You can drop us a mail on info@raashanpani.nl outside these hours and we will try and respond back to your questions at the earliest possible moment
